About the opening
Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for mechanics and metalwork? At ViwateQ, you won’t find a traditional, toxic pickling facility. Instead, you will operate our patented, state-of-the-art wet polishing cabins in a clean, safe, and 100% chemical-free environment. You will be responsible for treating critical stainless steel components used by the biggest brands in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
What will you do?
As a Technical Operator, you are the driving force of our production facility. You take ownership of the treatment process from start to finish.
- Operate the installations: Set up, monitor, and control our advanced ViwateQ wet polishing cabins.
- Heavy-duty handling: Safely load, maneuver, and rotate large, complex stainless steel machine frames using overhead gantry cranes.
- Quality Control: Perform rigorous visual inspections and conduct precise Ra-value (roughness) measurements with calibrated equipment.
- Logistics: Prepare completed, high-end batches for safe transport back to our OEM clients.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who works safely, accurately, and takes pride in delivering a perfect end product.
- You have experience in a production, manufacturing, or metalworking environment (or a very strong technical aptitude).
- You preferably have experience operating overhead cranes and/or forklifts (certifications are a plus, but can be obtained through us).
- You have a sharp eye for detail: you understand that in the food and pharma sectors, a microscopic scratch can make a difference.
- You are a team player with a proactive attitude.
- You speak English or Dutch.
